Insurance & Financing

We understand that you want to maximize your insurance benefits, and we’re here to help. As a courtesy to our patients, we file all claims electronically, as well as accept assignment of benefits. Most of our offices are in network with many insurance carriers, some of which include MetLife, Delta Dental, BCBS, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, Medicaid, and NC Health Choice, and we can file out-of-network claims. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of service.  Please call your preferred office location to find out about specific insurance filing information.

Emergencies

Dental emergencies can happen anywhere, anytime. We understand your inconvenience, and we will attempt to see you as soon as possible. If you experience a dental emergency, please call or stop by one of our multiple locations, and we will gladly see you on the same day. If you have a need that your office cannot meet, our internal referral program will allow you opportunity for treatment at another centralized location within our group.
